
Love yourself enough to say no to overeating. Give yourself a chance at slimness. Write everything down....plan your meals and snacks ahead...do not put your head in the refrigerator and say, "What am I going to eat?" Some good ideas for lunch might be a cup of soup and a half sandwich or a salad...or the sandwich and a small salad. .......

Just a cautionary note: In the heyday of my excessive noshing, I even ate tempting foods directly from the freezer. So do try to be realistic. If necessary, don't tempt yourself--either in the refrigerator or in the freezer!
