Omit the regular mayonnaise that they use that is 100 calories a tablespoon and substitute it for Hellmann's low fat mayonnaise which is 15 calories a tablespoon or Krafts fat free mayo that is 10 calories a tablespoon.
Your calorie saving for a half cup of potato salad will be at least 190. Instead of being 320 calories it will be about 130 calories. Yeah team!!! It will taste great also.
