I
Since I only wanted to sample it, I purchased a one weeks' supply of Nutrisystem food that was frozen and their top of the line product a year ago in order see if there was any truth in their ads. The cost for the week was $141, since I did not buy a months' supply. It was four levels under what I could have purchased in the super markets taste wise.It is the customer's responsibility to purchase fresh produce and beverages on their plans.
6 WAYS TO SAVE MONEY DOING IT MY WAY

1. Stock up on your favorite frozen meals when they are on sale.
2. Shop for fresh produce at your favorite stand. (they are usually better and less expensive than a super market.
3. Frozen vegetables are often 50% off..Watch the sales.
4. There are many frozen pops and sugar free puddings from 15 to 50 calories each.
5. Keep in mind that you do not have eat all frozen of prepared food. If you get bored, you can
purchase ready made salads or prepare your own.
6. You can also look up the calorie counts on the internet when you dine out if you are not saddled to having your food sent to you. Can you picture bringing a cooked frozen dinner with you when you go out to eat?
