

2. Take a nap. When you wake up, you will may have forgotten about your desire for food.
3. Get on the computer and read my posts. (or just get on the computer)
4. Visit the library and search for a book by your favorite author..Not a recipe book.
5. Drink water or low calorie beverages.
6. Join Netflix
7. Try on clothes that are too small and strive to be able to fit into them in the future.
8. Try on clothes on that are too large and pat yourself on the back and vow to continue to make
progress in your quest to lose weight.
9. Hook a small rug or take up knitting.
10. Chew sugarless gum.
