HINTS ON HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT AND LOVE IT
1. Do not pour oil into a a fry pan when sauteing food. Use Pam and if you like the flavor of oil or melted butter or margarine; measure one tablespoon and use a Silver stone pan. I prefer to use diet margarine or lite butter.
2. Never give up when you have a bad week or month while dieting. If you were content to be overweight, you would not be reading this post on my blog or going to diet meetings. Every week is a new beginning. BEST ADVICE FOREVERMORE: WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN THAT YOU EAT.
3. If you are hungry when it isn't mealtime a good idea might be to have a cold or hot drink that does not contain calories such as tea, coffee, diet soda or even sip a cup of hot water. This may not be the answer to appease your hunger. Another option is to eat part of you next meal or prepare a large fruit smoothie that is under 150 very filling calories.
4. Important skills that will help you lose weight: Knowledge, Common Sense, Will Power and Won't Power.
5. EAT DRINK AND BE MERRY...OR...EAT DRINK AND BE SORRY...THE CHOICE IS YOURS.
