IF YOU WANT A LITTLE SOMETHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE, THE FRUIT JELLO WILL BE A GOOD CHOICE IF YOU SPOON OFF MOST OF THE 'REAL' WHIPPED CREAM.
You can have your regular low calorie dinner or some soup or just look in the mirror and tell yourself: "YOU ARE MRS. WONDERFUL...YOU BIT THE BULLET AND NOT THE WAFFLE AND DESSERTS".
