THE FOLLOWING HINTS MAY HELP
Hint 1. Choose 3 foods that you normally would add butter or margarine to...like potatoes, rolls, and vegetables...and try having them them without any. You might find that you feel you 'need' a small amount of the diet margarine on the rolls but you are just as content with not using it on most of your vegetables. You can happily substitute two tablespoons of low fat sour cream for 40 calories instead of the same amount of diet margarine on your potatoes for 90 calories.
Hint 2. Don't be fooled with names on packages that have healthy names such as Jack's Natural Honey Bran Carob Bars. They can sometimes contain more fat, sugar and calories than a Milky Way.
