1. There are no special 'fat burning foods'..Calorie awareness is important, but it is always good sense to eat healthily also.
2. Strong words: Becoming a healthier more attractive weight is our birthright. It is up to us to make it a reality..We cannot accomplish it with wishing, not with liquid diets,nor by being a nice person, or by suffering. HOW? Just stay with the program and listen to Louise.
3. Practice portion control: Measure the amount of cereal. Example: Read the stats on the box. If it reads that 1 serving is 3/4 of a cup and is 150 calories,the calories are on the high side if you are dieting. Try to find a fairly healthy cereal that offers 1 cup for about 100 calories. Never measure your cereal by the handful..Use a measuring cup.
4.BAD NEWS: Kellogs Raisin Bran Flakes are 280 calories for 1 1/2 cups. Add the milk calories
and it equals about 400 calories. GOOD MORNING?.... really?
5. 12 ounce regular soda =150 calories and contains 3 Tablespoons of sugar..Be aware that sweetened tea in a restaurant has almost the same calorie count.
